I view Alexis as “peace”. Peace, because that is what she gave our family when my father suffered from a massive stroke.

Alexis gave our family guidance and an abundance of support when we had to make that decision of what nursing home and type of care we wanted my father to have. She removed that stress and anxiety by stepping in and becoming the voice my father no longer had. She was his advocate. Although my father is no longer with us, we feel good in knowing his final months were comfortable and peaceful....all because of Alexis.

Alexis was a life saver for our family when Mom was ill.  She answered all our questions and helped us ask the right questions to get the services Mom needed. 

Alexis made us aware of options we didn’t even know about.  Alexis is very efficient at setting up and coordinating among all of the services and providers that helped Mom move home safely.  Without Alexis’s help and knowledge, we would have been lost trying to navigate the health care system and being able to bring Mom home quickly.  We would recommend Alexis to anyone trying to make critical decisions for their loved ones.

My husband was hospitalized and placed in intensive care in December 2019. Alexis made the nerve-racking ordeal extremely manageable.

After speaking with Mrs. Allen-Shorter a nurse came to inform me of the next steps. Alexis made sure that my husband's placement was a seamless and quick move. She walked me through each step with attention and care. I highly recommend her as she treats each of her patients as if the were her cherished family member.

Alexis is extremely passionate about helping others. It can be very overwhelming when you have to care for your aging parents and Alexis made that difficult task easier.

She knows all the ins and outs of the medical field, is great at helping her patients get the best treatment, is patient when assisting her patients and their families in choosing what is best for their needs. She treats her patients and their families like they are part of her family. Her calm demeanor was a gift to me when we were trying to choose a nursing/rehabilitation home for our mom.
